Patagonia services their Canadian customers through Canada Post Borderfree. Borderfree will provide you with a total landed price including all duties, taxes, shipping and handling charges in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Additional information is available below for Canadian customers:
How do you ship to Canada?
Patagonia fulfills orders submitted to our Canadian website through Canada Post Borderfree. When you click the “checkout” button on your order, you will be given your total landed price including all duties, taxes, shipping and handling charges in Canadian dollars. You must then click “submit” to complete your order. Your payment will be received and processed by Canada Post Borderfree for the total order amount in Canadian dollars.

Customer Service Representatives are available weekdays from 6am to 6pm, and weekends from 8am to 4pm (PST).
How much duty will I be charged for my order?
All product prices are listed in CAD$ and include duties. Your complete order total (including taxes and shipping) will be displayed once you reach the “Borderfree” portion of checkout. You will be able to view and approve these charges before completing your order.

What are my shipping options to Canada?
Patagonia offers the following shipping options to Canadian buyers:

*Remote locations in Canada usually require an additional 1-3 business days for shipping.
Processing Time: Orders received Monday through Friday are processed in 1-2 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped to Canada Post Borderfree, our Canadian border customs facility, and processed for shipment into Canada. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your Canada Post Tracking number within 5 business days from the time you place your order
Note: Standard turn-around time for packages arriving at Borderfree’s package-handling facility is 1-business day. There are four factors that may impact this service:
1. Package is pulled for inspection by Canadian Customs (rare)
2. Package arrives with insufficient markings for Borderfree to proceed (we will call you if this occurs)
3. Package arrives that cannot be shipped as-is (e.g. identified as damaged, wrong item, etc.)
4. Package arrives after 12:00 pm ET (packages arriving later may not be processed the same day)

How do I track my order?
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email within 24 hours of placing your order, and you will receive a Shipment Notification email when your package clears Canada Post Borderfree’s international facility in the United States and is on its way to you. This message will include a link to track your package with the Canadian carrier. All other inquiries should be directed to customer_service@patagonia.com.

What is your return policy for Canadian orders?
If you are not completely satisfied with a Patagonia purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a replacement or refund. Visit our Returns, Repairs and Exchanges page for complete information on how to send in a return. Refunds, when issued, include duties and taxes paid on returned items at the time of original purchase.
