A soft, versatile skirt that converts to a top; made of a lightweight organic cotton/Tencel® lyocell blend; length is 17".

Trail combing through the Hoback followed by riverbank horseshoes and wings—the Lithia is a travel multitasker worthy of a long, Indian summer day. The lightweight 55% organic cotton/45% Tencel® lyocell jersey fabric has a smooth drape and is durable, as a hiking skirt or beach-ready top. When it's worn as a skirt, the doubled, shirred waistband cinches down with side ties on one side and falls just above the knee. As a top, the adjustable waistband becomes a bandeau-style bodice that ties behind the neck. Length (size M) is 17" waist to hem.
  • Jersey knit with a soft hand and smooth drape
  • Snug and wide cinched waistband; adjustable on right side with ties
  • A-line skirt falls above the knee
  • When converted to a top, the waistband becomes a bandeau-style bodice and the ties secure behind the neck
  • 17" length
  • 4.8-oz 55% organic cotton/45% Tencel® lyocell
  • 141 g (5 oz)
  • Made in Vietnam.

Organic Cotton

Organic Cotton

In 1996, with an increased awareness of the dangers of pesticide use and synthetic fertilizers in growing conventional cotton, we began the exclusive use of organically grown cotton in all of our cotton products.

The quality of organic cotton is equal to or better than conventionally grown cotton, yet organically grown methods support biodiversity and healthy ecosystems, improve the quality of soil and often use less water. Growing organically takes more time, requires more knowledge and skill, and, for now, costs more. But it’s worth it.

To ensure we are buying cotton that is organic as defined by the USDA’s National Organic Program, we require numerous certificates issued by an accredited third-party certification body for every step of the supply chain, from farm to factories.
