We have support offices and distribution facilities in California and Nevada, plus retail locations across the United States and Canada. Our European headquarters is in Amsterdam, Netherlands; with retail stores and regional support offices throughout the continent. We are global and expanding with operations in Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Chile and Argentina. One Team - Many Places
Retail
Patagonia has more than 70 retail locations globally and we operate in 20 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. These are much more than places for people to purchase our products. Many serve as community gathering places for the nonprofits we support through our environmental grants and a physical space where we provide opportunities for people to learn about our gear, our passion for outdoor sports and our advocacy and activism efforts.
Headquarters
The majority of our central business operations and administration take place at our Ventura, California, headquarters. Nearly 700 Ventura-based employees work in product design, materials development, digital marketing, creative design, human resources, finance and accounting, environmental impact, child development, archives, employee experience, facilities, food service and more.
Distribution Centers
Our main distribution center opened its doors in Reno, Nevada, in 1996 and currently employs more than 850 team members. It’s the home of our wholesale division, repairs department and customer experience (CX) leadership team. The facility is also the hub for all things shipping and receiving. As of 2022, our U.S. facilities operate using 100% renewable energy.

Customer Experience
Our customer experience (CX) team works hard to ensure that our customers stay informed, satisfied and stoked about our products and initiatives. They work remotely from select U.S. cities and field live calls, chats and emails seven days a week. They offer support in multiple languages and are among the most knowledgeable people at our company when it comes to our products. They help us bring our purpose to life every day.

Patagonia Provisions
We founded Patagonia Provisions in 2012 with the goal of reimagining the way we eat. Through Regenerative Organic agricultural practices we have the opportunity to make delicious and nutritious food that helps solve urgent environmental problems. We thoughtfully source our products, from tinned fish to Kernza® beer, from suppliers that produce the highest-quality products while operating with industry-leading best practices. Our team at Patagonia Provisions in Sausalito, California, has a hunger for change and is growing rapidly.
International
We opened our European headquarters in 2014 in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and we have expanded our presence to employ more than 300 people across dozens of retail stores an regional offices. We have locations in East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Latin America.  Together, we not only offer quality technical product to the international market, but we also advocate for environmental issues such as banning farmed salmon in Argentina and the successful creation of Vjosa Wild River National Park in Albania.  Click the links to visit our international careers pages.
