Stay cool in this now iconic shirt - made of breezy, finely woven and fast-wicking organic cotton.

The ultimate performance shirt for hot and humid climates. A/C® Shirt fabric has an open-weave design and fast-wicking properties that keeps you sane in the August heat of the Deep South or the heavy humidity of the tropics. Like air conditioning for your skin, the A/C® Shirt has a breezy 100% organic cotton that allows maximum airflow. Its light fabric rests casually on your skin, and the clean short-sleeved shirt construction features only the necessities: button-through chest pocket and side vents at the straight hem.
  • Made of a crepe-like organic cotton crinkle fabric that lifts shirt away from skin for warm-weather comfort
  • Button-front shirt with button-through, left-chest patch pocket and side vents
  • Straight hem
  • 3.4-oz 100% organic cotton yarn-dyed plain weave
  • 161 g (5.7 oz)
  • Made in Vietnam.
Organic Cotton
Organic Cotton

In 1996, with an increased awareness of the dangers of pesticide use and synthetic fertilizers in growing conventional cotton, we began the exclusive use of organically grown cotton in all of our cotton products.

The quality of organic cotton is equal to or better than conventionally grown cotton, yet organically grown methods support biodiversity and healthy ecosystems, improve the quality of soil and often use less water. Growing organically takes more time, requires more knowledge and skill, and, for now, costs more. But it’s worth it.

To ensure we are buying cotton that is organic as defined by the USDA’s National Organic Program, we require numerous certificates issued by an accredited third-party certification body for every step of the supply chain, from farm to factories.
