A henley-style pullover dress that's sporty and made from our organic cotton jersey fabric; a nod to our rugby-shirt-making past.

Fieldwork or yard work; this dress can toil outside a cubicle. Made with burly, yet soft and stretchy, organic cotton jersey, three-quarter-length sleeves and a slightly-above-the-knee length. With a cute and functional Henley-style, 4-button placket, we think of it as a dressed up, feminine version of our old rugby shirts.
  • Sturdy and soft 100% organic cotton jersey with a cotton twill covered placket
  • Organic cotton dress with 3/4-length sleeves and contrast rib-knit trim at the collar and cuffs
  • 4-button henley with a deep covered placket
  • Knee length
  • Body: 6.8-oz 100% organic cotton jersey. Collar and cuff: 11.5-oz 98% organic cotton/2% spandex rib-knit. Placket: 7.7-oz 100% organic cotton twill
  • 326 g (11.51 oz)
  • Made in Sri Lanka.

Organic Cotton

Organic Cotton

In 1996, with an increased awareness of the dangers of pesticide use and synthetic fertilizers in growing conventional cotton, we began the exclusive use of organically grown cotton in all of our cotton products.

The quality of organic cotton is equal to or better than conventionally grown cotton, yet organically grown methods support biodiversity and healthy ecosystems, improve the quality of soil and often use less water. Growing organically takes more time, requires more knowledge and skill, and, for now, costs more. But it’s worth it.

To ensure we are buying cotton that is organic as defined by the USDA’s National Organic Program, we require numerous certificates issued by an accredited third-party certification body for every step of the supply chain, from farm to factories.
