Patagonia offers two levels of shipping and delivers in twenty nine countries across Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and UK.
Get free UPS Standard shipping on orders over 190 €, £150, 250 CHF, 1.600 SEK, 1.400 DKK and 1.500 NOK.
This offer applies to orders placed online through Patagonia.com (please choose the UPS Standard Shipping option at checkout) or via phone, fax or mail through Patagonia Mail Order.
The offer applies to standard shipping to the above mentioned 29 countries across Europe.
The free shipping option is not valid in Retail Stores, or with Pro and Group Sales.

Shipping to Norway and Switzerland
a) VAT
For Swiss and Norwegian customers their national VAT will get automatically deducted from the invoiced amount. You will receive by email an order confirmation with the adjusted amount once the order has been processed, invoice will follow. Automatic VAT deduction can only be applied when both billing and shipping addresses are in Norway or Switzerland.
b) Additional Costs
Please note that you will need to pay your national VAT, disbursement fees, and customs duties to the UPS carrier upon receipt of the goods.
For Switzerland (status: October 2012): 8% VAT + disbursement fees (with a minimum of CHF 19.50) + customs duties
For Norway (status: October 2012): 25% VAT + customs fees (with a minimum of NOK 155.00) + customs duties

You need to add one business day for processing the order at our warehouse.

Benelux & (most of) Germany: shipping timeline (Business Days in Transit): 1 day
Order processing: 1 day
Total timeline (from reception of the order to delivery): 2 days
(Most of) France & (most of) UK: shipping timeline (Business Days in Transit): 2 days
Order processing: 1 day
Total timeline (from reception of the order to delivery): 3 days
UPS Express Shipping
All orders placed before 11am on Monday to Friday will be delivered next business day. However, UPS Express shipping service cannot be guaranteed to Finland, Norway, and Switzerland due to customs and/ or geographical locations.
3. Shipping Holidays
Patagonia Internet and Mail Order will not be shipping on French and Dutch public holidays:
