We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX for payment. Patagonia will only charge for products purchased and shipped. All prices are in US dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate at the time of shipment. For your protection, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank.
Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery. Patagonia is not responsible for customs and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office. Patagonia does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances.
Returns and Repairs
All products are backed by our Ironclad Guarantee. Please reference your package packing slip for return information and fill out the bottom portion. If you do not have your packing slip/receipt please see our Returns page for instructions. Patagonia is not responsible for duties and tax credits for color and sizing issues.
International Returns and Repairs
All products are backed by our Ironclad Guarantee. Please make every effort to return or repair products with your local Patagonia dealer. If you don’t have a local option, please refer to your packing slip for return information and fill out the bottom portion. If you don’t have your packing slip or receipt, see our Returns and Repairs page for instructions. Important: All international returns must be sent back via Postal Service only. Patagonia is not responsible for duties and tax credits on replacement items.
