Rated 5 out of 5 by SunDog from Worth it This is an excellent resource. It has streamlined all of my training logs. Basically this is how it works. Pre-plan 2 weeks in advance using the Manual; record your data through Strava, HR monitor, crag/climbing, etc enter your actual completed training time in the log book throughout the week (or at the end of the week) and become a beast. There really is no excuse. My only critique is the cover. Its like a walking bill board, a simple cover would be more favorable with a title 'Training Log' would be sufficient.
