Women's Prow Bomber Jacket is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love though sheds feathers and zippers catch Yes, it sheds white feathers through the stitching often (mine's black so really shows). Yes, the pocket zippers catch on the sleeve stitching, which I will have to deal with soon. BUUUUUUUTTTT it's so warm and comfy and cute and I love that it doesn't have the Patagonia label on the chest and so I will happily put up w/ the annoyances. Hopefully by the time the feathers have all fallen out, Patagonia will have fixed the issue (why haven't they done so already -- skinnier needle, thinner thread?) and I can replace. (I usually wear small, but got a medium cause my arms are longer; bigger size fits well across the shoulders. Buckles/creases in kind of a funny way at the tummy but not a big deal.)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Feathers and tight shoulders I love the color and style. I looked high and low for the sold-out burnt orange and finally found it. But upon receiving, feathers sticking out all over and the shoulders are too tight - they pull in toward the front of the jacket when zipped and hands in pockets. This fit is not like any other Patagonia I've owned, and it's a medium, which is usually a little loose or just perfect on me. I'm hoping I can stay clear of the zipper problems stated in other reviews, but haven't worn it yet enough to know. Unfortunately, I'll probably keep it because I love the color and simplicity of the jacket, but really not great quality.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love the look but...the feathers. I bought this on a whim when I was in Tahoe a month ago because it was so cute and I wanted something to wear around town that wasn't my technical jacket. I've owned several Patagonia jackets, including a down one, so I thought it would be a no brainer. Alas, I was wrong. I love the look of the jacket and it is incredibly warm, but it sheds feathers like I've never seen. It left them on my car seat, on the sweaters I wore underneath it, it even left them stuck to my pants and backpack. I'm really bummed because I loved everything else about it. I sent it back under warranty and received a gift card and was hoping to buy another one, thinking the feather shedding was a fluke, but then I read the rest of the reviews. I hope Patagonia rethinks the design and comes out with another one next season because I will definitely buy one!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cute But Needs To Be Redesigned This jacket has a lot of potential, but it needs to be redesigned. The colors are great and the design is good but the fit could be a lot better. The main problem with the jacket that many other customers have stated, is that the pocket zippers get caught on the inner arms shredding the jacket stitching. I only wore the jacket 4 times, and the seams of the inner arms have been pulled so badly that the threads are hanging. This is definitely a design flaw. If the designers decide to fix these flaws with the pocket zippers, I would also suggest they make the arms a little longer and the length a little longer too. I noticed with the waist band that the jacket cinches up and I was constantly pulling the jacket down. I have noticed lots of feathers coming out as well. I've had other Patagonia jackets and I've had as many feathers coming out so not sure what that is about. I do encourage a redesign because the colors are great and the design has potential, but if they could make corrections to the pocket zipper flaw and the length of the jacket and the length of the arms it could be a real great seller. I will be returning this jacket.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from First Patagonia jacket to own - and it is terrible I strongly feel like this product needs to be discontinued. Wherever I go, I am leaving evidence behind because this jacket WILL NOT STOP shedding. I don't even know what to call it. The duck down is coming out everywhere. So much so that now its creating these tiny holes in the jacket where even more can come out. Very disappointed. On the plus side, its a cute jacket and it is warm, but save your money and buy something else.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from High Expectations but was let down I've worked at an outdoor retailer store for the past four years, and when we unboxed this jacket in our store I tried it on instantly and knew I had to have it. Unfortunately, the feathers come out like crazy and I don't really love the fit. I was in between a small and a medium, and I went with a small because the lower back area gapped like crazy with the medium due to the synched waist. Hopefully, they will redesign this and come out with something similar next year because I loved where they were going with this, it just didn't quite meet my standards.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the look I loooooved this jackets fit and style, unfortunately I had to return it 2 weeks later because it shed so much down and snagged on the sleeves. I really hope they fix the design flaws on next years model because I would love to buy again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Feathers and snags Sigh. I LOVE the look and fit of this coat but like others have said, it's been losing feathers since day one. The other big issue is that the sleeves snag on the zippers ALL THE TIME. I have snags up and down the arms. I might return this coat but I really don't want to!
