Put your priorities where they belong: hit the trail, body-mind-soul, and let the rest of the day fall in line. Patagonia's soft and stretchy, running-and-do-everything tee helps keep it simple. Made of 100% polyester spun jersey, the Women's Nine Trails running shirt looks, feels and wears like a T-shirt while wicking moisture all-day long. The self-fabric crewneck is soft on the neck, raglan sleeve construction and underarm gussets provide chafe-free ease of motion, and a locker-loop in back makes it a snap to hang-dry. Polygiene® permanent odor control protects against odor between outings (and washings). Reflective logos on left hem and center-back neck.
  • Heathered polyester jersey with Polygiene® permanent odor control has a cotton-like feel, but the performance of a technical shirt
  • Comfortable self-fabric crewneck wicks moisture and won’t bind
  • Raglan sleeve construction with underarm gussets for chafe-free comfort and range of motion
  • Locker loop lets you hang it up to dry
  • No tags at neck for itch-free comfort
  • Reflective logo on left hem and center-back neck
  • 4-oz 100% polyester spun jersey with Polygiene® permanent odor control. Fabric is bluesign® approved

bluesign® Approved Fabric

Patagonia has worked with bluesign technologies since 2000 to evaluate and reduce resource consumption in our materials supply chain, and to assist us with managing the chemicals, dyes and finishes used in the process. bluesign technologies, based in Switzerland, works at each step in the textile supply chain to approve chemicals, processes, materials, and products that are safe for the environment, safe for workers, and safe for the end customers.

In 2007, Patagonia became the first brand to officially join the network of bluesign® system partners.

Any fabric you see that’s bluesign® approved offers the highest level of consumer safety by employing methods and materials in their manufacture that conserve resources and minimize impacts on people and the environment.

Odor Resistant

Polygiene® odor control permanently protects your garments from smelling like a middle school locker room. Sweat itself is odorless, but it creates the conditions that bacteria need to multiply, and some of those bacteria produce odors. Polygiene permanent odor control stops the growth of odor-causing bacteria on fabrics, so you can wear more and wash less.

Active only on the fabric surface, Polygiene permanent odor control does not interfere with perspiration or with the skin’s natural bacterial flora. Polygiene particles are more than 100 times larger than nanoparticles and therefore are too large to penetrate to the skin’s barrier. Polygiene-treated fabrics have received Medical Class 1 approval in Europe, the same class that includes bandages.

Women's S/S Nine Trails Shirt is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 632.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft, comfortable, functional base layer I have sensitive skin so cannot wear even low-% wool clothing, especially as a base layer. This shirt has the features of a much more expensive lightweight wool (no stink, wicks well, easily washed and quick to dry). Recently used on bike tour and loved it. I like a slightly loose fit so though I would technically wear a medium, the large is perfect for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unattractive running shirt I wanted this for running. The fabric is great, but the cut isn't. I'm 5'5" and 105 lbs. I tried on a small. It was loose fitting like I prefer for running, but the deal breaker for me were the sleeves. They were too long and made me look like I was wearing a guys shirt. I'm not real picky with my running clothing, but this was just very unattractive.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wrong size and a bit on the sheer-side I'm 5'.05" and about 117 lbs. I normally wear size 4 pants/shorts and medium shirts (both classic and relaxed fit). I was unsure about what size to purchase as this style is "slim fit." I enlisted the help of chat who suggested that I size-up...I did. This was about 1-2 weeks ago. Luckily there is a Patagonia on Oahu...they will be returned as they are quite large. Note that the shoulders and sleeves are doable, but the rest...no so (point is perhaps a medium would have been best, but still, would the shoulders/sleeves be too clingy(?)). Oh, and I do like my shirts with just a tad more material then this style. Thanks for taking time to read my comment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shirt! I bought this because I wanted a workout shirt for running with more coverage on the chest (especially since a recent sunburn.) The neck fit is nice without being claustrophobic or unflattering. I'm reviewing it since I was surprised that the only other review was 2 stars. I love it. I am 5'8" and 130 pounds and I got a size small. It fits great and it is really really soft. I bought the purple color and I don't have any issues with it being too see through; I wore a neon yellow and black sports bra underneath with it and couldn't see a thing. I hope this wears well, I enjoyed running with it and it's cute enough for casual wear too. Good investment!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from See through I have a couple of last seasons shirts and they are amazing. Wore one for 21 days straight on trip, barely smelled. The material is soft and performed well. This seasons are all very see through. There aren't that many situations where I'm willing to wear a shirt that's see through. If you are willing to wear a tank underneath to hide your bra or don't care if people know the exact color of your bra, the shirt still seems to be made out of great material and super soft. I however will be returning the three I bought.
