Ordering Online from Outside the United States
If you live outside the United States and would like to place an order online, please visit our Country of Origin page and choose your country and language from the options provided.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX for payment. Patagonia will only charge for products purchased and shipped, back ordered items will be charged when they ship. All prices are in US dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate at the time of shipment. For your protection, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank.
Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient, these fees will be due at the time of delivery. Patagonia is not responsible for customs and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office.
Returns and Repairs
All products are backed by our Ironclad Guarantee. Please reference your package packing slip for return information and fill out the bottom portion. If you do not have your packing slip/receipt, please see our Returns page for instructions. Patagonia is not responsible for duties and tax credits for color and sizing issues.
