• A recent paystub (please black out all sensitive personal information).
• Official Job Description listing you as a Smoke Jumper.

3. Apply for a pro account

• Be sure to list your Government issued e-mail address and list the name of your base/region in the company line.
  

Hot Shots & Helitack members

A crew supervisor must submit an official roster of crew members to patagoniapro@patagonia.com from their government email address. Once submitted, individuals can apply by following these steps:
