Its 2.5-layer, 50-denier H2No® Performance Standard nylon ripstop fabric is tough, packs light and has a waterproof/breathable barrier with a Deluge® DWR (durable water repellent) finish to repel whatever Mother Nature throws its way. Additional weatherproofing features include fully sealed seams, a hood with a built-in visor that fits over caps and beanies, a hook-and-loop-closure storm flap, micro-adjusting elasticized cuffs and an internal drawcord at the hem to secure the fit. With two zippered side pockets, one inside drop-in pocket and a hand-me-down ID label.

Material
2.5-layer H2No® Performance Standard shell fabrics are waterproof, windproof, breathable and highly packable. They combine a water-repellent shell fabric with a waterproof barrier and a raised pattern on the inside, instead of the interior scrim used in 3-layer fabrics. The raised pattern makes 2.5-layer fabric light and compressible, while still protecting the waterproof barrier.
