We built the Nomad hiking boot for sustained backcountry hiking - it's indifferent to wet, slick terrain or foul weather. The boot features a waterproof full-grain leather and textile upper, breathable Dri-Lex® lining, bellows tongue to keep out debris and waterproof bootie construction. The Bi-Fit™ waterproof, 80% post-consumer-recycled polyurethane insole affords lateral support on uneven surfaces, and the molded rubber rand adds durability and protection. Patagonia® Air Cushion Plus absorbs shock and the Vibram® Trail Ecostep® outsole (30% recycled rubber) keeps a steady grip, even on mixed terrain. Our boot leather meets the Leather Working Group's environmental standards.
