A basic that’s far from basic: a long-sleeved striped top made of our heavy-weight organic cotton jersey; a nod to the rugby shirts we made in the early days.

Inspired by the rough and tough rugby shirts we made in the early days, but tailored with feminine style lines, you'll feel free to chop wood, carrots or ice in this top. Fun-loving stripes pair well with hardworking, heavyweight organic cotton jersey. Long sleeved with contrasting cuffs, a slightly scooped neckline and a contrasting V-neck notch at the collar. Hip length.
  • Sturdy and soft 100% organic cotton jersey
  • Long-sleeved pullover with contrast rib-knit trim at the collar and cuffs
  • Contrast, set-in V-notch at the collar
  • Hip length
  • Body: 6.8-oz 100% organic cotton jersey. Cuffs: 11.5-oz 98% organic cotton/2% spandex rib-knit
  • 255 g (9 oz)
  • Made in Vietnam.
Organic Cotton
Organic Cotton

In 1996, with an increased awareness of the dangers of pesticide use and synthetic fertilizers in growing conventional cotton, we began the exclusive use of organically grown cotton in all of our cotton products.

The quality of organic cotton is equal to or better than conventionally grown cotton, yet organically grown methods support biodiversity and healthy ecosystems, improve the quality of soil and often use less water. Growing organically takes more time, requires more knowledge and skill, and, for now, costs more. But it’s worth it.

To ensure we are buying cotton that is organic as defined by the USDA’s National Organic Program, we require numerous certificates issued by an accredited third-party certification body for every step of the supply chain, from farm to factories.
