Please note: Orders are shipped within 3 business days after they are received. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday at the latest.
Please also note that if the country currency you want to ship to is not the same as your home country currency, you will be charged the shipping rate applicable to your home country (ex: a Swedish customer who places an order in SEK but selects delivery for France via UPS Standard will pay 138 SEK, not 9.90€ converted into SEK).

The shipping carrier will not be delivering on the country of destination’s national holidays.
Ordering U.S.-only items from Outside the United States
If your country isn't listed on the Country of Origin page, you may place your order by calling Patagonia Europe Customer Service (+33 [0] 4 50 88 44 89), fax (+33 [0] 4 50 88 44 99) or email directsales_europe@patagonia.com.
If you would like to place an order for items only available on the Patagonia U.S. website, you can place your order by phone (1-775-747-1992) or fax (1-775-747-6159) and we will be happy to ship it wherever you like. The shipping cost varies with the destination, weight of the package and shipping method: Federal Express (one week, expensive) or Postal Service (one month, less expensive). The customer will be responsible for all duties and customs charges. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX for payment of phone and fax orders. If you are going to order by fax, just select your items online, print out the "My Gear" page and be sure to include your shipping address, billing address, credit card number and expiration date, method of shipping and any second choices. Prices for products U.S. products shipped internationally are different from those shown on our Web site. Please contact us by phone or fax for pricing information before placing your order.
Returns and Repairs
In most cases, the best course of action is to take the garment to the Patagonia Retail Store or Dealer where it was purchased; the dealer should be able to arrange a solution for the problem. If this is not convenient, you can take the garment to any Patagonia Retail Store or Dealer and request assistance.
