1. Finding the product you want
The products shown in the Corporate Sales Catalog are available for bulk purchase quantities, though not all colors shown may be available. If there are other Patagonia products you may be interested in, please call us for availability 1-800-470-7458.

Orders must be 10 units or more.

2. Ordering
To place an order, please call Corporate Sales at 1-800-470-7458, or email us at corporatesales@patagonia.com. All orders will be processed within 48 hours. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. This Web site does not offer discounted product ordering. You must contact us via phone or email to place an order.

ELIGIBILITY For each order we require disclosure of any company's name which will be added to a Patagonia product. We reserve the right to refuse service.

SHIPPING Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. 2-Day and Overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge. Shipping charges will be included with the order.

DISTRIBUTION Patagonia's Corporate Sales division only sells product within the United States. For Canadian orders please call us at 1-800-470-7458.

RETURNS Patagonia guarantees every product we make. Returns not related to quality are accepted for 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. No returns are accepted past 30 days from date of invoice.

SAMPLES Samples may be returned for up to 90 days from the date of invoice for full refund.

SALES TAX Patagonia is required to charge a sales tax on all orders in the U.S. If your company is reselling the product and has a reseller's license or a tax-exempt certificate, a copy of either certificate must be faxed to us with the order.

PAYMENT METHODS We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit terms are available for those applicants who qualify. Please contact a Corporate Sales Representative for a credit application at 1-800-470-7458.

Corporate Sales Ironclad Guarantee
We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, please call the Corporate Sales group at 1-800-470-7458 for a return authorization. Embroidered, screen-printed, or altered products are eligible for warranty service so long as the product defect is not the result of such embroidery, screen-printing or alteration. The issuance of credit or replacement product for any product shall be at the sole discretion of Patagonia.
