Gift Orders
You may include a gift message with any order, free of charge. During checkout you will have the opportunity to indicate that the order is a gift and write a gift message. We will remove the price from the packing slip that accompanies your package and add your gift message.

Cloth Gift Bags (a reusable alternative to wrapping paper) are available. Gift Bags come in three sizes and are handy for all sorts of things in their post-gift life. You may order gift bags by telephone. Call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-638-6464, 6am-6pm M-F; 8am-4pm Sat-Sun (PST). Cost per bag: $2.

Gift Certificates
Patagonia.com is not set up to honor Patagonia Mail Order and/or Retail Gift Certificates. However, as of November 2002, Patagonia Gift Cards can be purchased and applied to orders on Patagonia.com, with Patagonia Mail Order and in Patagonia Retail Stores. If you have a Patagonia Mail Order and/or Retail Gift Certificate, you can still apply it to orders on Patagonia.com in several ways:

1. You can order online with your credit card, then send the Gift Certificate to us (PO Box 32050, Reno, Nevada 89533) to have the amount refunded to your credit card. In order to expedite your refund, please write your order number on the Gift Certificate.

2. You can call (1-800-638-6464) with your order and use a credit card, then send the Gift Certificate to us to have the amount refunded to your credit card. In order to expedite your refund, please write your order number on the Gift Certificate.

3. You can fax (1-775-747-6159) a handwritten order with your credit card information, then send the Gift Certificate to us to have the amount refunded to your credit card. In order to expedite your refund, please write your order number on the Gift Certificate.

4. You can mail the Gift Certificate to us with a handwritten order.

5. You can use the Gift Certificate in one of our Patagonia Retail Stores (though not at a dealer's shop).
