Join NYC H2O and Council Member Mercedes Narcisse to clean up Plumb Beach! This popular beach is part of the Gateway National Recreation Area, and swells with human visitors in the summertime. Because of its important role as habitat for migaratory birds, native beach plants, and marine animals like horseshoe crabs, it is crucial that we keep it clean! All equipment for the cleanup will be provided, and note that this event begins at 4 PM.
