Join Upper Missouri Waterkeeper for a presentation by John Tubbs, former Director of the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, at the Bozeman Public Library at 6 PM on Thursday, April 16th. Tubbs will discuss the history of Montana’s over-allocated and increasingly threatened water resources, how we got here, and what needs to be done to protect our water, way of life, and fisheries for the future.
