With careful consideration of safety guidelines, we are delighted to bring back Arboretum wellness classes. Masks and social distancing will be required. Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku, Forest Bathing has been scientifically proven to boost immune strength, reduce stress, and improve cognitive functioning. On your walk, a certified guide will offer a series of guided invitations to assist you in finding your own authentic way of interacting with the land.
