Gain awareness of the carbon costs and impacts of food system activity, increasing your ability to make significant changes to reduce impacts. This course is suitable for businesses that deal with food post-farm e.g. manufacturing/production, hospitality and food service, including contract catering for schools and workplaces. During this day of training, split over two mornings, you will commit to two planned actions – evaluated by the CLP, in order to be certified as Carbon Literate.
