Tara Kramer

Tara’s love of wide expanses and broad horizons began during childhood in the cornfields of eastern Iowa. She has worked for the U.S. Polar Programs at field sites throughout Greenland and Antarctica since 2008, and devotes most other moments to paddling, climbing and fishing in quiet spaces both abroad and in the States. Continuously torn between far away adventures and a strong cup of coffee in her own kitchen, she’s currently based in Bozeman, Montana, with her long time love, Nick.
