The Customer Experience Representative is driven to provide the best customer service experience possible. The CER is a forward thinking team player that engages with the customer and the team to get the best outcome possible. They incorporate their passions for our core sports and the environment into their daily decisions. 

The Job:

  • The CER will engage in customer interactions via Chat, Phone, Email and Social Media, insuring that Patagonia’s highest standards are upheld
  • Partnering with the customer and Patagonia team to deliver the best experience possible
  • Utilizing multiple software programs/systems throughout the day
  • Provide accurate information regarding our products, customer orders, company service guidelines, and company environmental issues
  • Use correct procedures to process orders, assist with returns, service orders, or otherwise address customer service needs

  • Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences
  • Top notch communication skills – verbal and written – that can be shared with a wide variety of people while remaining clear, concise and diplomatic
  • Comfortable navigating and resolving complex customer issues while maintaining composure
  • Proficient keyboard, phone, and computer skills, and web knowledge
  • Proactive, positive, self-starter, and a team player
  • Embraces feedback about performance and recognizes opportunities for professional growth

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm
  • Saturday, Sunday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
  • Extended hours occur during holidays and peak season.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to look at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Ability to travel domestically utilizing various methods of transportation
