You can also use our Store Locator to find a Patagonia retail store in your area. We currently do not ship to all countries from our US Distribution Center. Your local Patagonia dealer will work to best of their ability to deliver the product(s) you want. However, stock is limited to their seasonal and regional assortment or available stock on hand. Thank you for understanding.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX for payment. Patagonia will only charge for products purchased and shipped. All prices are in US dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate at the time of shipment. For your protection, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank.
Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery. Patagonia is not responsible for customs and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office. Patagonia does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances.
Returns and Repairs
All products are backed by our Ironclad Guarantee. The quickest way to process a return, is to take it into your local Patagonia store, or return it to the original dealer in which you purchased it. You are also able to return items to our US Distribution Center. To insure the fastest, most efficient processing for your return, please include your packing slip, and be sure to fill out the bottom portion with any relevant return information. If you do not have the original packing slip, receipt, or proof of purchase, please see our Returns page for instructions. Please note: all international returns must be sent back via Postal Service only. Patagonia is not responsible for duties and tax credits for color and sizing issues.
