Patagonia Chicago Lincoln Park
Open for Limited In-Store Shopping, Curbside Pickup, and to Shop by Appointment
Patagonia Lincoln Park is open—and we’re following CDC recommendations to provide you with a safe shopping experience. Things still don’t look like they used to, but here’s how you can safely visit us at the store.
Limited In-Store Shopping:
We are now welcoming walk-in customers at a limited capacity. During busier times, we will add you to our first-come, first-served waitlist to safeguard everyone’s experience inside the store. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. We appreciate it!
Curbside Pickup:
Shop online from the comfort of home, select Curbside Pickup, and then swing by the store for a fast, simple, and safe shopping experience. Most orders are ready within two business hours. For more information on Curbside Pickup, please view our FAQ page.
Shop by Appointment:
If you want the in-store experience without the possibility of waiting in line, we recommend booking an appointment. Appointments are limited to certain hours and days of the week.
Our Covid Protocols
- We are limiting the number of people who can be in the store at one time. - Employees and customers must remain 6 feet apart and adhere to floor markings while waiting in line. - We are cleaning the store often, especially fitting rooms and other high-touch surfaces. - Everyone over the age of 2 must wear a CDC-approved face covering in-store at all times. Please speak with an employee about delivery and pickup options if you cannot wear a mask for health reasons. - Hand sanitizer is available for employees and customers alike. - Returns and try-ons are quarantined for 24 hours. Apologies if something is in stock and not immediately available. - No hugging or high fives. Smiles, peace signs and words of encouragement are most welcome. - If you are not feeling well, please visit us another time or shop online.
About Our Store
You’ll find us in the North Clybourn shopping district of Lincoln Park, a mile from the shore of Lake Michigan, housed in a beautifully remodeled turn-of-the- century manufacturing plant. We opened in 2003, and share our address with the original Goose Island brewery. Well stocked with down and fleece for fall and winter, shorts and Puckerware for spring and summer, our knowledgeable staff of bike commuters, activists and athletes will help you and your family find the gear you need for travel, outdoor adventure and everyday life. Environmentally active, we focus on issues that affect all of us here in Chicago.
