Our roots are in Yvon Chouinard’s blacksmith shop, where he forged pitons that made Yosemite big wall climbing possible. The Forge Mark graphic is inspired by the typography of the Chouinard climbing equipment forge mark. Pitons proved destructive to rock but for Patagonia, they remind us of who we were and why we're in business to save our home planet. To that end, the graphic is screen-printed on Patagonia's lowest carbon footprint T-shirt, which is made with recycled fabrics. By utilizing fabric scraps and recycled bottles, we reduce our reliance on virgin raw materials. Fair Trade Certified™ sewn.
