These liner shorts are so comfy. The cross over waist band stays put and does not dig in. The mesh panels are great for hot days and provide ventilation. I would love this same style in a six inch!
I bought these a couple of seasons ago and they have held up well. I ride 2-4 times a week during the spring, summer, and fall with my rides lasting between 6-16 miles. Though they are durable, my issue is that the padding is so thick it definitely gives you the diaper feel. I like that these are high rise but a thicker waist band would make the de... Read Moresign more comfortable, they happen to hit exactly where any mortal woman's stomach rolls which can be really uncomfortable on longer rides and generally unflattering.
I loved these so much I bought a second pair. Ride a lot in hot climates and when it is rainy and cold these fit great under my favorite pants. They breath, they stretch, they don't cut off circulation...couldn't be happier
I ordered Small and XS because the reviews. My true size is small but the cushion of the small is actually pretty big and awkward so I try the XS and it was way better and pretty comfortable for long rides.
These liners are light and breathable but the padding feels a little strange. They feel heavily padded towards the front but I wish they were less bulky in the front and extended slightly longer in the back. I got a medium because of my thunder thighs but they were a bit too stretchy and they shift a bit too much as Im up and down between sitting a... Read Morend standing on the pedals.
Hey Allisa, we appreciate this feedback on the Endless Ride Liner Shorts. We'll share your input with our design team. Perfect fit with great coverage
These are my favorite undershorts for Mountain Biking. High waist coverage for the ride position and nicer quality chamois that aren't bulky. Mesh sides keep these light and feelin like you aren't even wearing an under layer.
Mesh panels and lower waistband in the front make this my go to liner. This is my 3rd pair - previous 2 are still going strong. I like the amount of padding (although some may find it bulky) especially for multi-hour rides. I need to buy a medium bc of my thighs, the waist is a little roomy but I like that since it does not restrict my breathing. N... Read Moreice work, Patagonia :)
These liners are very heavily padded, so they can be a little awkward but I am thankful for them on long days! I recommend alternating these with a pair of less-bulky liners for shorter rides. Waistband and fit is snug but comfortable.
I appreciate the ventilation that the mesh provides, but I do wish these were not see-thru so I could wear them a... Read Morelone more comfortably on hot days.
The pad in these shorts is a lifesaver and much nicer than the ones I owned previously. They are nice and lightweight for hotter days or you can wear under shorts/pants for colder weather. Very versatile.
I liked everything about these liner shorts except the liner which was way too big and too stiff and was not comfortable! I saw "chamois" liner and thought it'd be genuine chamois like what we used to ride on several decades ago...minimal.
Hi Susan! We're sorry to hear the chamois pad was uncomfortable for you on this item. If you'd like to return or exchange for a different style, you are welcome to do so [here](https://www.patagonia.com/returns.html#searchterm=return).

Bike shorts
Didn't realise they were meant to go under shorts and not to be worn on their own!
I'm sorry to hear the shorts weren't what you expected. Feel free to send them in for a return [here](https://www.patagonia.com/returns.html#searchterm=return).

Great Liners
I enjoy the liners very much. They fit great with my shorts and keep me comfortable
Just wanted to let you know that the waistband needs some improvement. It is too narrow and too high. It ended up so uncomfortable on a ride for me that I turned around.
Thanks for the feedback on the waistband! We're sorry that the design isn't working well for you. If you'd like to [return](https://www.patagonia.com/returns.html#searchterm=return) the shorts, please reach out and we'll be happy to [help](https://www.patagonia.com/customer-service.html#searchterm=contact).

Comfy-est!
Super comfy, light and soft, with plenty of cushion and perfect fit. Well done.
I definitely agree with the other reviewers - there's no way these shorts were designed by a woman! way too much padding! I got used to them after a couple of wears though and have decided to keep them as part of the rotation.
I'm 5'2" and these shorts come up to my natural waist, and that's not comfortable for me personally. I feel like the padding is a bit wider than it needs to be towards the front, making proper positioning impossible and leading to chafing.
I have never been able to ride over 20 miles without by butt hurting from the seat, and i have tried MULTIPLE seats. I have bought a couple pairs of padded shorts before and they helped some but not really much. We purchased these for a 31 mile ride, the first time we have ridden this year. I cannot put into words how AMAZING these shorts are!! I w... Read Moreas able to ride 31 miles and had NO pain whatsoever!! I would HIGHLY recommend these to anyone!! I have to agree, they are not for walking around, only riding........as they are uncomfortable to walk in. But riding is what i bought them for and I LOVE them. Thanks Patagonia!!
These shorts have way too much padding and feel like a diaper on the hike a bike. I wouldn't mind too much if they were nice to ride in, but when riding, they fold in the middle and chafe your (sorry to be crass) butt crack and labia.
My husband and I both have a pair of Endless Ride Liner Shorts. For the most part we absolutely love them. On the bike they are amazing! However,we both like a bit more of an adventure and our rides often feature some hike-a-bike.
