Not a good fit
a bit clunky overall. wish it had pockets.
Thanks for the review on our Cotton Quilt Snap-T. We're sorry this didn't end up working out. We do have a similar fleece with pockets if you're interested, it's called the [Men's Shearling Fleece Button Pullover](https://www.patagonia.com/product/mens-shearling-fleece-button-pullover/26140.html?dwvar_26140_color=BSNG&cgid=mens-fleece).
Mainly for looks at this point
I bought mine late 2016 in a brighter blue and red color which isn't available anymore. Very pretty pullover that grabs some attention. Overall looks very nice and fits great, but I wish it was a little more durable.
Hey Ben! Thanks for taking the time to write such a thorough review. The Organic Cotton Quilt Snap-T Pullover is considered to be part of our Sporswear line rather than activewear - though some choose to hike in it still. if you're looking for a good hiking fleece, you could consider trying out the [R1 Fleece Pullover](https://www.patagonia.com/product/mens-r1-regulator-fleece-pullover/40110.html?dwvar_40110_color=CHRT&cgid=root).
Too nice for rough housing
I own numerous Patagonia items. Actually lots. I believe in the products and the philosophy of the company. This was an item I was excited to purchase. Very stylish in a casual way, soft and warm. I was concerned about it shrinking, so I am careful because it fits perfectly right now. It is one of the more stylish pieces I own so I am trying to pre... Love this shirt, But fabric doesn't wear as well as fleece
Bought this pullover almost exactly two years ago and I have worn it regularly since. The top gets high marks for being as comfortable as it is cute, but I feel compelled to review now and report that the quilted cotton fabric does not wear particularly well, especially if you are comparing this top to one of Patagonia's sweatshirts or fleece.... Read More My pullover has developed several runs in the fabric, particularly around the cuffs, where it looks like the outer fabric is disintegrating. It has also developed numerous pills and pulls, where long strands of the inner quilted batting are coming out. I still love this comfy shirt but it is starting to look pretty rough around the edges. If I were deciding between this pullover and one made of a different fabric, I'd probably go with the other fabric for the sake of garment longevity.

I have owned many products from Patagonia over the years. I have always had amazing durability with every piece, some now over 25 yrs old. They are so comfortable and surprisingly warm without being bulky. It breathes amazingly well so you never feel sweaty as you do with some fleeces. Great style too....I get a lot of compliments. I normally wear extra large but these run big, especially around the waist. They are also very durable and look great after years of use (I own three).
Look Good and Feel Great
I bought this sweater for myself and I'm so glad I bought it. It is very comfortable and keeps warm but does not overheat you like other sweaters. It does run a little big but not in an annoying way. It also looks great; the style is a true Patagonia style. Definitely recommend!
Perfect casual shoulder season layer
Throw it on and you forget its on. Cozy and comfortable without being overly warm. Throw it on inside or on a walk or ride its the perfect non-adventure casual piece for spring, summer nights and fall. Reading other reviews I was worried about the sizing. Favorite Patagonia purchase
Bought the maroon color mens pullover about three years ago as a roomy sweater to wear around the house and on quick outings. Ive worn it so frequently over the past few years that its threadbare in some places but its too comfortable to get rid of- truly my favorite purchase from Patagonia over the years.
Nice feel, fits a little large
Love theft feel of the cotton. It feels a bit large but the length is way past my hips. Different than other Paragonia items recently purchased. Bothers me enough to return.

Love my quilted sweater
this sweater is awesome - the color is perfect (green with orange pipping) and so soft - even after wash. My only complaint is how long the collar feels. It's kind of this awkward length that goes past my entire neck and close to my jaw - which doesn't make a lot of sense.
I normally love Patagonia because the clothes always fit great. Unfortunately this is not one of those products. I really love these pullovers. This is the second one I bought. I like the feeling and the quality. The only problem for me is that I am above average height and have long arms--38 inch sleeve. Fit great. As a woman
Fit great. As a woman who ordered a men’s small, I really enjoyed the extra length in the torso and arms as these aspects are often short in women’s styles. Very cozy. Did shrink a little in the dryer, but gave it just a little bit of a fitted look instead of boxy relaxed. My new favorite.
It fits like you think a men’s small would. I ordered a small because I know sometimes their stuff runs large, but in my opinion what I got was a true small (I probably should have gotten a medium). I'm on my second Quilt Snap-T Pullover and I've had durability problems with both products. I've noticed fraying in key areas like the cuffs and the waistband. There's a thinning of the material at the elbows and and I'm small holes will begin to appear as happened on the first sweater I owned. Additionally, over time some of the synthetic insulation will begin to "leak" and you'll be pulling at long yarns of insulation. Unlike a lot of Patagonia products I own I've been very careful to baby this sweater - it's always washed delicately and laid flat to dry. All that being said this is an incredibly comfortable sweater and looks fantastic. I love the fit, weight, feel, and colors. I have a closet full of Patagonia products and it's the first brand I'll typically recommend to anyone. I'd love to be able to recommend this piece as well but IMO it simply doesn't live up to the Patagonia standards I've come to expect.

Soft and breathable
Chest and arms fit much like the M’s better sweater. The exterior is so soft, and it isn’t too heavy. I like the snaps, and the contrast color chest pocket. Much more pliable than what I expected from a “quilted” sweater. Not sure why this in the sweatshirt/hoodie section, I feel like it belongs in the sweater section of the website.
Nice product, not-so-great fit
Really wanted to like this, but the elastic waist makes it awkward to wear. Despite being 6'4", my torso is not very long (I'm all legs). Comfortable but not made very well
I love this jacket but ever since I've gotten it the batting keeps coming out from the inside in long fibers and it's so annoying. Also it seems like there's always little tiny holes popping up on it for no reason. I love it but I just expected better quality for as much as I paid

I absolutely loved the concept of this Snap-T. The quilted fabric, super super soft, and some character, however I ended up returning because of one thing I wasn't personally fond of. Casual and Stylish Pullover
I love this pullovers' style. It's casual enough to be worn at or away from office. It's warmish enough to be worn for light activities. The material is definitely not meant to keep you warm. I've had this sweater for a year and a half now and I can confirm that this is the most comfortable, softest sweater I own, hands down. This is not a wind resistant sweater so be sure to bring a wind/rain shell for outdoor endeavors in cooler weather, but it has been a fantastic go-to for cozying up at night around a fire or the tent. The only thing that would stop me from purchasing this sweater again is just the durability of the material or perhaps how it's sewn. It just needs to hold up longer than a few months before it starts pilling like crazy.
I recently purchased this pullover and this is easily one of the softest and most comfortable materials I have ever worn. Super comfortable and great casual wear.
