I tried a couple comparable coats from other brands, but this one has the best fit and quality. Cute but runs small
This is a super cute coat, but it does run small. In coats I wear a small, but in this one I definitely needed a medium. I would definitely size up one from your normal size. If you are more pear shaped this might not be the coat for you as the area around the wearers bottom is pretty narrow.

One weird thing is that the lining on the sleeves kind of prolapses out, which isn't a huge deal, but it looks a little weird and I'm going to just stitch it into place on the inside. This happened on another patagonia coat I got a few years ago, so it seems to be a thing with their manufacture. I returned that one to the store and they said it was definitely a defect. I'd love to see more stock of earth tones in all women's clothes!! I can never get the colors and sizes I'd like. Beautiful coat but.......
This is a beautiful coat. However, the sizing is not good. While the waist is comfortable and allows for wearing Winter clothes in a size Large, the sleeves are too long and shoulders and backside too big; visa versa with size Medium. Not a practical fit for me. Must return.

This was a great coat and had it not been too snug, I would have kept it. I had been looking for a navy blue coat and was really pleased when I found this one. Beautiful, Warm Coat--Exactly what I needed...
I originally purchased the Nano Puff Parka and loved the color/fit/style, but it wasn't quite warm enough for the long Minnesota winter, so I exchanged it for the Down With It Parka. This jacket also fits beautifully and the color is lovely (navy), but it feels much warmer. Can't wait to break it out when the temps drop! Thank you!

I recently purchased this parka for college next year because of all the walking around I will be doing in between classes.
