I have always had trouble finding ski pants that fit. They are always too long or too big in the waist. Not this time. These are a great fit. The fit entirely depend on your body type. If you are a curvy 14+ with a butt, these are Not the pants for you. Perfect fit, not too warm.
I was initially worried that these insulated pants would be too warm, but they've consistently been great for most (resort) skiing conditions. I wear it with a thin baselayer for most 25-35-degree days and they keep me toasty without getting overheated. The vent zips on the inner thighs help too! Not for Every Body
Full Pant Fit Review: Fit for this pant entirely depends on body type. There is a light insulation so light to no base layer if Spring skiing but will need base layer for Colder days. I have used these pants several times hiking in low snowy conditions and they kept me warm, complete wind resistant, and no water leaked through. It was below 0 with wind, and I had a small base layer and these pants, knee down was submerged in snow, and they kept me warm the entire time. I needed to get a size smaller, because I thought I would need a thick layer underneath so I sized up. However, they keep you warm enough that you won't need a thick underlayer. Mine are too big and I may be stuck with them since Ive already warn them. Dont size up, because you won't need too much layers under them.
Inner Thigh Zippers are Awkward
I seem to be between a Medium and Large in Patagonia sizing, the Large would be swimming and the Medium slimmer than I prefer. Still, I kept the pants and skied half a season in them. Love them! Sizes run big
Love these insulated pants, theyre thick and seem like they will be a perfect lightweight snow pant! I am 53 120 pounds, size 26 waist and I have thicker thighs. I read tons of reviews and VERY glad I did not size down. I think these one hundred percent fit true to size. Im 59 and 160 lbs and they are perfectly. fashionable and functional
I was hoping for a tall size in these snow pants because usually the best we tall girls can hope for is solid black. However, if i wear them low on my hips, i can probably get away with it. They were too cute to pass up. I just wish that tall sizes were offered in all styles - one can hope :)
Love the thigh zippers in case I overheat!
I was hesitant to buy an ivory color ski pant but this one looks great. The fit is fine and they seem quite warm. I actually bought them for long winter COVID walks, not skiing. It's a well made garment. My only dislike is that the waist is lower than I would feel comfortable with when doing sports activities. I had purchased size M initially, but had to exchange it for S. I'm 5'10", 130lb wearing 6/M on a regular basis, but I find that in Patagonia I'm S.
I have been trying (and failing) for months to find a pair of snow pants that fit my athletic thighs and significantly smaller waist, all while being not too long. Too small or too big
I wanted to love these ski pants. They seem to be of a good quality. My problem is with sizing. I typically wear a size 10-12 (kind of somewhere in between). I had a surprisingly hard time finding a pair of snow pants that fit! I tried a few other brands first, but couldn't button smalls and mediums wouldn't stay up. Yes Patagonia! These pants are the best. Thank you for making them to fit a curvier figure. Great Ski Pant
This is my second pair of the snowbelle insulated pants. I like the adjustable strap on the waistband, they are warm but not too warm and have zippers to cool down when needed. They fit easily over ski boots and are a flattering fit. The color is much nicer than I anticipated it appears pink online but is more of a berry color in person.
I ordered these online and excepted the sizing might be off. I put them on and sure enough the waist was way too big. I'm new to Patagonia and purchased multiple items for my first ski trip. Using their size charts I came up with a size large for the Snowbelle pants. They were enormous. Maybe Patagonia should sit down with their cost accountants, engineers and marketing team to see if switching to a numerical sizing would make more sense than small, med, large, etc. I probably am a size 10. Perhaps a 12 if i wanted some wiggle room. I have a feeling a numerical sizing system would get me much closer to what I want over small, med, large which has a broader size range. FYI I am 5'4" and 135 pounds.

My wife isn't much of a winter person so I've slowly been buying her warmer gear to help motivate her to embrace the cold. Needs More Pockets
Warm and waterproof, nice adjustable belt inside. But seriously lacking pockets! Only 2, no back pockets. So on a warm day riding without a coat, you gotta cram keys, phone, pass, debit card and ID into 2 small pockets and then try not to lose one of the above when opening them.
exactly what I was looking for
These pants have been great so far! I've had them for a little over a month now and have worn them out in the snow lots, skiing at the resort, touring, and even doing work in the snow. They feel really lightweight but I've yet to feel cold in them either. And on these late spring days, the vents on the inner thigh are awesome.
Great for a Basic Ski Pant
I wouldn't wear these mountaineering or backcountry skiing, but for a day on lifts these are great. I LOVE the fit of these. My other ski pants (same size) are always tighter and I love how these give you some room to breathe / eat. The length is great and they are warm.
