I haven't taken them on the mountain yet, but they seem well manufactured and I'm sure they will perform well. The waist size was a true fit. The only problem is that they are way too long. I read a few other reviews that said the same thing. I have a 32 inch inseam. These are definitely at least a 34 inch inseam. I'm going to keep m... Read Moreine and have them shortened. Wish the short ones would have been on sale.

Sick pants
Buy them now...sick, accurate sizes, killer colors
Very stylish pant for the mountains with plenty in pocket space. the Product is a little snug around the hips and waist for my liking. I like a looser pant when skiing steep and deep.

Powdertown pants
Great snow pants I wore them in 2 powder days and stayed dry. I thought I would need Gortex but H2no worked well.
Seems like the pants run long for the waist size. I ordered Medium Regular and they were way too long. They exchanged them for short and hey ae still a bit long. I'm 5-9 and wear 32/30 jeans and other pants. Should have paid attention to the web site in that the model was 4" taller than me.
I purchased these ski pants after a pair of PowSlayer Pants crouch seam split while skiing in Utah. Like the PowSlayer Pants the Powder Town pants have a very slick fabric on the waist band. That slick fabric enables the pants to slide down every time I got on and off the lift. It is quite annoying. I cannot understand why there are not a set of su... Read Morespenders. The last 3 pairs of Patagonia ski pants I have purchased have suspenders that can be removed. The fabric is pretty slick. It makes me wonder if I fell in a icey couloir I might end up being saucer boy going for a ride of my life. I need to practice my self arrest skills. I would not recommend purchasing these pants.
Hi Greg, thank you for sharing this feedback on the Powder Town Pants. We are passing it along to our design team. You're right that these pants don't come with suspenders; instead they have a webbing loop to attach to the powder gasket on any of our snow jackets. We're sorry they don't have the features you were looking for, and of course, you're welcome to [return](https://www.patagonia.com/returns.html) them if you wish. Please let us know if we can help you find an alternative!

Very Comfortable
I got these to use in slightly warmer/wetter conditions. I got a little chilly when the temp dropped below 25 but stayed 100% dry all day even in very wet/snowy conditions. I would recommend these pants for spring skiing conditions.
I got these as a replacement for an earlier version of the same model, these are superior. They are a bit long for me but work great with boots on. I used them a few days on the mountain and am really impressed. They are considerably lighter and way more waterproof than old version. I was out on a wet snow day last week and stayed dry. I was surpri... Read Moresed since material is so lightweight. Very comfortable cut too.
Patagonia moved the vents to the outside of the legs and added waterproof zippers on vents and pockets which are both improvements. I like non-insulated pants so these work great for me. Highly recommended.
This is a great set of pants with all the key pockets and vents. Light insulation is perfect for 90/100 days. Not as tough as guide pant and that is just fine - I dont do much ice climbing ;)
These replaced a pair of Patagonia ski pants I have had for 30 years (the waterproof membrane finally had enough). At first I thought they would not be warm enough but with proper layering they performed beautifully. Wore them in Snowmass and they were super comfortable. Love the waist adjustment and side vents. Can't go wrong for resort skiin... Read Moreg.
The old pants are now relegated to snow blowing and maple syrup boiling.
I previously owned the same model (or a very similar model) ski pant, which lasted 10 full seasons in wet PNW conditions. No tears, broken zippers, or any other issues, despite using frequently using them with crampons. I only bought a new pair because I needed a different color for work.
These serve as my every day resort pants and my go to for c... Read Moreold weather ski touring. They are fairly simple - a few different pocket options and vents.
In terms of sizing, I'm around 5'11" and wear a 32x32 pant. The size medium/regular is perfect.
If you're looking for a straightforward, do-it-all ski pant, this is a great option.
I have lots of Patagonia gear for both racing sailboats and skiing. Always been very satisfied. I also purchased a waterproof shell too, which fit fine. Unfortunately, I just returned the pants, as they were way too long, although the waist size was fine. I would recommend to a friend if they had at least a 36+inch inseam, I am a 32.
These ski pants are very comfortable and well made. Waterproof, water protected zippers, and internal waist band adjustments. They look great on. Not insulated.
These are great pants and I was so happy to find them and that Patagonia still makes them. I have used a pair of these for too long (20 years?) and they have rip stop rape all over - but the fit, the bottom cuff, and the pockets are so good that I just couldn't give them up. The new ones are as good as my old pair: great fit (6 feet 2, 36 inch... Read More waist) nice flexible feel, great cuffs, useful pockets. I really like the hidden waist adjustment it works. They are thin so the warmth you can expect will come from your layering beneath.
Love all the pockets. H2NO fabric has kept me dry for close to 10 years. Moves nice. My only complaint is that it does
not fit me great. Small was a little too tight and medium is a little big. Still happy with the pants.
