Great bralette for large breasts
I decided to stop wearing traditional bras a while back and go all in with bralettes. I wore a 36E/34F in bras so I just kind of hoped that a L would fit will and it really does. It's super comfortable. Sure, it isn't super supportive but breasts shouldn't be at your collarbone anyway. I wear it to work everyday without issue and I l... Would be perfect if not for the tag
This bra is great, for the most part. It fits well, is very comfortable, and doesn't give the dreaded uni-boob. Great but not great
The shell is perfect, the inserts for covering nipples are inadequate. Might as well put quarters in the place of existing inserts, be about as effective. Going to take them to my seamstress to sew in better ones
Hi Tricia O., thank you for taking the time to write a review. We're so bummed to hear that the removable pads did not meet your needs regarding size. Soft, no compression, weird boob shape
My hang up with this sports bra is that it has no compression and creates a very weird boob shape even with the padding. The material is soft. The pads come out easily. For reference, I'm a 34B.
Thank you for the feedback, Holly. We're sorry to hear that the fit of this bra did not provide any compression. This will be one of our least supportive bras compared to others since it's mostly for day to day, if you were looking for something comparable but with more compression we recommend checking out the [Women's Live Simply Bra](https://www.patagonia.com/product/womens-live-simply-everyday-bra/32050.html?dwvar_32050_color=BLK).
Favorite Sports Bra
This is my favorite sports bra. Its lightweight, comfortable, and not too tight around the bottom as I find most sports bras are. My only complaint is the optional pads. I wish they were permanently built into the bra, as its annoying having to constantly adjust them when first putting in the bra.
This is my second purchase of a barely there bra. I started with an XS and bought a small this time. Love these bras - purchased my first two back in 2015 to wear on a mission trip to Honduras. Wore them until just recently and purchased a new one. Comfortable and wicking. Highly recommend. My wish is for more sizes - I could use something slightly larger than the medium I purchased, but a large would be too big.
Great Bra--Lousy Cups
I have bought five of these bras and love the fit. They wash well and occasionally I even put them in the dryer. They have held up well. However, the bra cups are a major downside. I think it is smaller but it is hard to tell because they stretch and my others are old. I think that it will work better for people who want it for active wear because the strap placement makes it very secure - that also means that the straps show under pretty much everything. It is ver secure. I got the plum color and I love it.
The tag ruined for me
I have owned this bra for a few months and love the fit, but every time I put it on, the portion of the tag that remains after cutting it off is very irritating. Not what it used to be
I've ordered many of these racerback "barely bras" in the past and this year's (2022 winter) quality is not the same. Every time I lift my arms, the bra rises so it ends up across my chest and not underneath. You definitely cannot exercise in it. I would return except I've washed and worn it twice now.

Bras are not easy to buy. I've been looking for a very long time. Finally found these and bought 7 of them. I cannot believe how comfortable they are. There is enough support for normal wear. I wouldn't recommend them for sports. No clasps, no underwire, but decent support. Yay!
Surprisingly awesome bra
I had been seeking a good quality hybrid bra (cross between a sports bra and a regular bra) with no luck until this one. Best everyday bra I have found but I miss the old version of this bra. The new one the fabric stretches out during the day and is not as supportive. I have some from 10 years ago that are kinda ratty looking but still have more support !

The most comfortable bra
I'm not joking. This is the most comfortable bra that works under athletic clothes and work clothes. I wouldn't recommend it for a high impact sport, but it works well for climbing or hiking or something like that. I'm a size C and that does kind of feel like the most you can get away with in this bra.
Less supportive than hoped
Size chart for me indicated medium (5'7", 140 lbs.) but I think a large would have been better. The material under boobs isn't very sturdy/wide, resulting in less support than I would like (I wear 36B). My old versions of this bra seem to be more supportive. Old versions also don't have cup inserts, this one does.
Request for this bra without the racerback
I really like this racerback bra, and would like to request that you also make a version of it without the racerback, more for everyday wear, but with same cut and detailing... which is different from your Barely Everyday Bra. I do not find such wide bands underneath the cups comfortable (featured in the latter); they just roll and bunch up.
These really are great.
Compared to others I've purchased, the price was kind of high for these sports/casual bras. But after wearing them a few weeks, I think they are worth it. They are attractive, good quality, good fit and I love the new colors for Fall. They are a great weekend wear bra, though I wouldn't try to go running in one.
Flattering fit, great support, super comfortable
Favorite bra I have had in years! Excellent fit and support, and looks nice. I had a lumpectomy and accompanying breast reduction during breast cancer a couple years ago, and I appreciate having a bra that supports well without underwire, is comfortable, and is flattering. Great design - thank you!
I really like this bra. It is comfortable and versatile. I wear it at work and on my days off. It even offers enough support to wear it during a vigorous workout. It is also very flattering. I decided to get a size medium based on other reviews, and I think that was the right choice. I am 5ft6in and 140lbs.
Super comfy with discrete coverage
This bra is super comfy, I dont like underwires and dont want a bra strap to slip off my shoulder, this bra fits the bill, I wear it for work and casual, the discrete pads provide the coverage wanted for work, it doesnt slip off my shoulders and is comfortable wearing it all day.

Comfortable but could fit better
I am a fit 36B and sized up to a large although most Patagonia shirts in medium are a bit loose. The straps seem short and band around the chest a bit tight. I could probably take an XL which is not my normal size. Although this bra is comfortable it looks/feels a little small and Ive sized up!

I absolutely loved the old design. I have three from I think 2017 or 2018 that I still wear almost every day. They are finally wearing out and I bought the new design and am so disappointed. But that is not the caseit seems to dip down a lot in the pictures but in reality it doesn't dip down at all. Also, the seam at the top of the dip is very large and itchy/irritating.
