Great overalls however..
I use these for work and I love these overalls.

I'm 5'8 with a slim build, these overalls run a bit large on me, so I was surprised when both clips broke and one of the buckles snapped. I never overtightened the suspenders either.

The hemp outer is extremely confidence inspiring! The insulation and breathability and easy off/on are a big win. the legs are a bit fuller than need be but may be nice with more layers. I bought these overalls after considerable research and trying many pairs on. So far I can say these are pretty warm when worn with even just a light layer like jeans or joggers underneath. I haven't had a chance to use them in extreme cold yet, but they have met the needs down into the low 20s and high teens. As several other reviews highlight, I would say the legs run a little long. I am 5'10 and they fit fine over work boots and winter boots. It feels like the legs could be a little shorter and the mid section a little longer. That said, once footwear is on they're fine. I put on a few extra pounds and gotten a little chubby since COVID so I was unsure if medium would fit the bill. At 190 lb I can tell you the medium fits fine even with a thick base layer underneath. Perhaps just a little snug at the middle seam right at your midsection. I have found that it actually stretches out okay, and there are two buttons that could be used to loosen if needed. Frankly, I love these things, they are super comfortable, relaxed fabric feels totally broken in. They have additional abrasion resistant fabric in all the right places. If you're looking at all the regular insulated work overalls out there, these are worth looking into.
Exactly what I was looking for ! Durable, flexible, warm. Any cold climate work or lounging- this is my go to. Skip the stiff workwear - get these. Sizing chart was accurate.
I read other reviews and went with the Medium-Short as suggested, and so glad I did. At 5'11" these still cover the tops of my winter boots but don't drag on the ground. The chest pockets are useful without being over the top, the zip pocket perfectly fits a modern sized phone vertically or horizontally. The waterproofing on the lower legs is especially nice when you're filling water tanks or pick up some muck in stalls you just wipe it or spray it right off. My only gripe is this: the boot cut bottoms are comically oversized...like sleeve of wizard. I'm sure the argument is to be able to slide on over boots but they're so large that they let drafts up the leg on a quad or snow machine, couldn't you add some sort of adjustment strap like Fjallraven Vidda trousers have? Pros: durability/ soft / no breaking in required/warm/ good pockets / strong zippers

Most other brands insulated bibs wont last more than one or two winter seasons, including Carhartt but I see no end in sight for mine.
Im leaving these a 5 star review because theyre just so much better than everything else Ive wore but thats not to say theyre completely without flaw.
Im about 185lbs and 510, I bought mine in a size L-Short and theyre still just slightly longer than I feel they should be. Even over my bulky Muck boots the ends will drag just behind my heels sometimes if I dont have the suspenders tightened all the way up, causing them to fray at the bottom. Which brings me to the next issue, the adjustable suspenders will slip a bit throughout my 12hr shifts, usually an inch or so. I think if the triglide buckles were tighter or the elastic straps were thicker it would solve these issues for me. However, even with the short inseam they're just barely short enough for me which makes me imagine they wouldnt be a good pair of bibs for anyone 58 and under. I thought about having them hemmed by a tailor but thats probably not realistic with the location of the leg zippers. The damage isnt bad though, so my intentions at this time are to just sew a reinforced layer around the back of the foot holes at the end of the season.
At the end of the day if youre 510 or taller Im not so sure you can buy a better pair of insulated work bibs. Theyre worth every cent and I regularly recommend them to everyone at work.

Read Moreke into two pieces. I would think the quality control process should have picked up on the missing hardware. Maybe the missing crimp was just a fluke thing and the hardware broke because of me, who knows. The elastic in the suspenders is already stretched out and gives me the feeling they arent going to last too long for me without the suspenders looking like the waistband from a 15 year old pair of underwear. The nylon on the knees doesnt really come up high enough to cover my knees until I kneel down and then the seam is right over my knee cap. Thats ok out fishing or working in the snow but when you start kneeling on concrete or other hard surfaces it doesnt feel great. On the positive side the nylon on these bibs makes them great around ice and snow. You can work outside all day in the snow and not have ice hanging all over your bibs. Sawdust also brushes right off the nylon which is a huge plus. Insulation is great. Pocket placement and layout is awesome. Hand warmer pocket is a great idea. Leg zips are the right height and seem to work good even in the cold. Leg opening is just the right size to fit over a range of boots without being too big. Overall the bibs arent bad aside from the suspenders and the nylon double knee not coming up high enough for my liking. Personally Id like it if the bottom snap on the leg was a button so you could get it apart even when you get water on you that freezes that snap solid.
