We’re Taking Orders Again
One month ago, we closed our retail stores and distribution centers for the health and safety of our employees and customers. After much consultation and a lot of hard work, we’re pleased to announce patagonia.com is back in business.
Thanks for Your Patience
As we adjust to our new safety procedures, order processing may take up to 5 days for ground. All orders include free ground shipping. We encourage you to view your order status page and sign up for text updates as there may be unexpected delays. Learn more
Keeping Things in Perspective
Selling clothing isn’t an essential service. We all know this. More than anything, we are humbled by and extremely grateful for the health care professionals, public servants, farmers, grocery store workers, delivery folks and many others who are working their hardest right now. Thank you.
Retail Stores, Repairs and Dealers
We’re excited to get back to work, but our values haven’t changed. As always, we encourage you to buy only what you need, buy local when possible and repair what you already own. Our retail stores and repair services remain closed for now, but we have DIY repair guides available online and Patagonia dealers in your area.
Responsibly Sourced, Shelf-Stable, Nutritious Food
Our food business is also open with an expanded marketplace of products from like-minded farmers, ranchers, fishers, artisans and brands. We invite you to visit Patagonia Provisions and get responsibly sourced, shelf-stable, nutritious foods delivered right to your door.
We appreciate the words of encouragement and support you’ve shared with us. Stay safe, be kind to one another and thanks for stopping by.Shipping and Safety Details
Great weight, wish it was better quality
I loved this coat when I received it. Its a perfect weight for inbetween seasons in Upstate NY, however, I wish the quality was better. My active toddler wore it one day and a stick poked a hole in the front of the coat. For the price, I wish it held up a little better!!
Oh no! We are sorry to hear about the hole in the jacket. Please note, you're welcome to send that in as either a [return or a repair](https://www.patagonia.com/returns.html) if you'd like.
Lightweight and functional
This is the second time I’ve purchased this coat for my son. Last year i purchased the 12 months and this year he wears 2T but I purchased a 3T so he could wear it this winter and next. It’s perfect because it’s not too puffy so it makes putting him in the car seat a breeze. We live in DC and it keeps him warm to and from the car. I would recommend... Love the Baby Nano Puff!
We love the Nano Puff for our toddler through the New England fall/winter/spring. It is car seat safe in our experience but we also do not size up. It's perfect for trips and short excursions outside for recess at Preschool. We do opt for something more waterproof and warmer if we are going to be outside for an extended amount of time but this... Read More is great for everything else. On rainy days we just put a rain jacket over it as it is easy to layer with. I find it runs a little large so typically buy the size that she is currently in and it gets us through a year or so.
I purchased 3 Baby Nano Puff jackets for 3 of my grandchildren ranging in age from 9 mo-4 years. It’s truly the perfect winter coat for kids in car seats! It’s thin profile is perfect for early spring, fall & the dead of winter with a sweatshirt underneath. The children don’t fight me to put it on & the older boys were happy they got to cho... I'm extremely disapointed in the quality. I ordered 2 for my twin girls and after 2 months of wear and one wash on delicate cycle, the stitching is coming completely undone on both jackets. I have worn my own nanopuff daily for 5+ years and haven't had this issue. I'd hoped my kids would get at least 2 years of wear, but instead I am... Read More returning.
Awesome, Adorable Jacket!
Patagonia jackets are hands down the best! The material is very durable and the jacket is well made. It is a little on the big side which is great because our daughter will get many years of use. I would highly recommend this jacket (or any of their other jackets/buntings).
Good not great
We own other Patagonia jackets — this one for our toddler immediately got a small rip on the sleeve after he was playing in the sandbox which really surprised me. The problem now is to make sure that rip doesn’t get bigger
We are so sorry to hear your item tore so quickly. Please feel free to [send](https://www.patagonia.com/returns.html#searchterm=return) the item back to us for a warranty return.
What happened to the hood!
Besides the jacket fitting under a car seat, the hood was an important feature since children often lose their hats or forget them. Was great for the impromptu rain shower or as a layer over a hat on a blustery day. Bought this jacket 2 years ago and sized up so my daughter got 2 seasons out of it. Just went to re-purchase and super disappointed. :... Read More-(
We loved this jacket for our 1 year old last winter so much that I have the next size up in my cart! We live in Minnesota and it worked great in the carseat (passed the test with flying colors), outdoors and for everyday use. Our old one is in almost perfect condition after being heavily used for a winter season. Well worth the money!
