Tweener season waders
Big fan of these - I have a pair of the expedition waders that see mostly cold weather use - but for shoulder seasons I tend to wear these when the mornings are super cold and then it heats up over the course of the day. Great to travel with... I find them comfortable and appreciate the no-frills design.
Light, packable and comfortable
I hiked over 3 miles in these and they wore well. They are comfortable to wear and I like how easy they convert to the waist or bib mode. I would give a slight con to the seam that runs right down the middle of the foot. If you have thinner socks on, you can definitely feel it. With a slightly thicker wool sock, it is less noticeable. Overall I am satisfied with these waders.
Light is right
I travel a lot and fish a wide range of conditions. These are a practical hard wearing solution to my needs. They pack up small but take a beating with ease in the thickets and on the river. Easiest conversion to waist high waders on the market, makes them super versatile. Couldn't be happier.
I gave them a try .
