An almost perfect fit
I love this jacket, but I haven't worn it yet -- the sleeves were too long. This is a problem I have with the small sizes in general. Still, I like the fit and feel of the jacket so much I'm spending an extra $50 to have the sleeves shortened. That makes it a very expensive jacket. Obviously I decided it was worth it.
The fit of this jacket is way off. The body is very tight and the sleeves are so long it is ridiculous. Retuned it immediately.

tight in the waist.
The jacket tends to run small in the waist and big in the shoulders. Not very attractive if you are broader in the waist. And the lining was a hideous pattern. I ordered on line but returned in store. It was a different jacket in the store--solid lining but contrasting zippers. Not sure what that is about.

Excellent coat! The color is vibrant and unique. The style is simple yet classic and fits well. I got a medium but returned it because it would have been tight with a sweater. Love it but weird fit
I agree with others who have commented on the fact it seems to be cut for a man's body. It is tight in the hips (maybe would be okay if I were taller, I'm 5'4"). I had to size up to get it comfortable at the bottom, which makes it a bit loose on the top. I still love the jacket though.
Agree with Poor Stitching by Cathy Aug 23.
I have 2 Nano puff jackets and I have worn them for a few years. The first thing that I noticed was the stitching, especially on the inside sleeves, pulls out and snags. Well made, lightweight yet warm. A very big problem in design for these jackets and vests is the straight line resulting in a snug fit near the hips. My older Nano Puff vest purchased at least 15 or more years ago is a MUCH better fit for a woman.

Patagonia needs to work on Women's sizing
I have had this jacket in the past. I purchased first the medium Nano; the body fit fine, however it was way to tight under the armpits. Too long in arms and body for shorter person
It is very tight across my chest but is too big everywhere else, including 2 inches too long in length in the arms and body besides being too loose. Love the jacket Also just fyi in terms of fit for those that have read this far: as a "pear" shaped 5'8" female about 150 lbs with standard shoulder width & waist but wide hip circumference of 40+ inches: the length of the torso meant I had to get a size large to have it go over my hips and not ride up, but its a little baggy in the upper chest area. Its fine if I also am wearing more than a t-shirt layer under it though. Hope it helps. I really do love the jacket.

Perfect for Arizona Winters
The description of good for 40-50 degree temps is right on. I feel super comfortable on those chilly and, if lucky, rainy days. The fit is perfect as well. I'm 115 pounds and 5'2" I saw others wearing this jacket in our meat locker cold spin class which spurred on my purchase. I now know why it is so popular, at least until we get wa... Read Morermed up. Next time, I plan to order the long coat version because it's so comfortable.
The jacket was cut way
The jacket was cut way too slim. Couldnt wear it over any type of clothes. Disappointed. Was so looking forward to wearing this.

Bought it for a trip that will include a lot of hiking, but it's not warm at all, even in buildings! Wind comes right through it. The pockets are a joke; they're not insulated at all. Pockets don't provide any warm, protection, from the elements. Sadly , waited till close to the trip to try it out, to keep it nice, so it's too l... Read Moreate to return it. Leave for the trip in two days, will have to use different jacket, this one will not suffice. The description didn't say anything about recommended temperatures. It came up in a winter jacket search.

I am 5-2, 106lbs. The size XS fits close to my body which is perfect for wearing as an insulation layer under my rain jacket. Its slim fit also means I occasionally wear it around the house when the house is chilly. It does not get in the way and I don't overheat. Very functional. Since I am short, the jacket covers my rear. I suggest adding a... Read More double zipper so I could loosen up the bottom fit. I also have to roll back the sleeves, but that's fine. I roll them down when I want to cover my hands on cold walks. Love the blue color. Very happyl
Wish this was warmer
I typically wear this jacket in layers for 25-50 degree weather, I have taken it up snowshoeing and it actually handled surprisingly well. That being said, I often wish the jacket itself was a bit warmer, I could definitely get more use out of it if I didn't need extra layers to keep warm. Other than that the fit of the jacket is phenomenal, a... Read Morend I use the breast pocket storage feature all the time. ultra Light for travel
While the jacket is a perfect fit and is light weight for packing, the cuffs are just so cheap and simple. Guess that cheap type of sleeve is everywhere now. The sleeves are long enough to tuck under a bit and that looks nicer. Even my husband commented on the cuffs. It fits my needs for travel and doesn't look frumpy. I don't think it&#x...
