Perfect for business and life

This is one of the most useful sets of business books Ive seen. We use these lessons, in some form, every day in my company.

Love The Box Set

Been waiting for the box set of all three books combined for awhile and finally got it. I have read the original edition of Let my People go Surfing years ago and the revised edition adds the story of Patagonia Provisions. This book gives an outline of the value and mission the company is guided by. Was always curious about the other two books The ... Read MoreResponsible Company and Tools For Grassroots Activist when they were sold separately. This box set was just perfect. It was like if Patagonia read my mind and packaged these books just for me. Im astonished how well Grassroots was written. It is informative. Anyone genuinely interested in organizing can gain some steps by just reading it. It is sometimes surprising that a company that sells merchandise would have the audacity to write such a book but when you realize it is after all Patagonia, it makes sense. Responsible Company reminds me of books written by people who study corporations such as Toyota or Canon in which goes into detail about the manufacturing, development, and quality control methods and practices by such notable companies. Although this book has been written by Patagonia, it tells you something about an organization when they dare publish or write about their procedures. No company who puts quality as secondary will ever disclose their approach-it wouldnt be worth mentioning in the first place. This is also another part of transparency. It is worth the while to see how a firm approaches their end product. Love the packaging of these books. Only thing that would make it better would be to have this set signed by the authors....

I own a small brewery, and social, ethical, and environmental responsibility is built into all of the decisions we make. Looking into how Patagonia approaches this task was inspiring to say the least. Patagonia has set a high bar for businesses who want to build success with a conscious effort. I found strength in the messages in these books while... Read More our own business was targeted for supporting climate change action. The path of leadership is it an easy one, and it is great to have this trail map of success. I highly recommend the entire library!
