Eligibility as a grant recipient

• All 501(c)(3) groups that receive a grant from Patagonia are eligible to use this toolkit for 2 years from their grant payment date.
• If you belong to an organization that has chapters, we prefer that the Patagonia Action Works toolkit be used by the chapter that applied for and received the grant.
• If your organization has a fiscal sponsor, we intend that the organization who applied for and received the grant, not the fiscal sponsor, should have Patagonia Action Works access.
• Organizations who consistently use the platform by posting events, petitions, message amplification requests or skill-based volunteering projects, and whose work remains aligned to Patagonia and the content we can support through our site, may be offered continued access after the 2-year grant-related access has elapsed.

Eligibility by Invitation

• In some circumstances, we may invite organizations who have not received a grant to have access to Patagonia Action Works or to have “extended access.”
• Extended access and special-invitation organizations have access to this toolkit on a yearly review basis.
