Our grants team works to identify organizations doing work that best aligns with our grant-making strategies and operates in accordance with our funding guidelines.
If your the primary contact entered upon application submission is no longer the appropriate person for grants communications, please update the primary contact information directly in your Fluxx profile.
If you are having trouble updating your organization’s contact information, please reach out to our Fluxx Support Team at fluxxsupport@patagonia.com and copy your relevant program lead. We can help update your organization’s contact information and ensure any active proposals are directed to the appropriate contact.
If you don’t receive this automated email within two to three weeks after receiving your payment, please log in to your Fluxx profile to confirm that the contact information you listed in your application is accurate and reflects the person from your organization who should be receiving communications regarding your grant.
If the contact information is correct, but you still have not received the automated email, please reach out to our Fluxx Support Team at fluxxsupport@patagonia.com and copy your relevant Patagonia program lead to upload the grant acknowledgement letter.
Please note that without Patagonia’s receipt of this letter, you will be ineligible for future grant payments.
