You can start your mail-in repair here. Once we receive your product, it takes us up to 10 weeks on average to repair it and send it back.

Please make sure you clean your product before sending it in, or the item will be returned to you to wash.

Here are some other things to consider before you start:

Our goal is to repair everything we can, but each repair is different—and some things we cannot repair at all. Before sending us your repair, please review our current list of unrepairable items.

We strive to bring your item back to like-new condition using similar fabric and hardware. When original materials aren’t available, the item’s integrity is our top priority. Fabric colors may not be an exact match, but we’ll do our best to find the closest match possible. See what you can expect your completed repair to look like.

We charge $15.00 for round-trip shipping on all repairs. The repair work (in most cases) is covered by Patagonia. For non-warranty wetsuit repairs, the cost ranges from $20.00 to $80.00 depending on the issue. Learn more about repair fees in the Help Center

If we can’t repair your item, you get to decide what’s next—get it back in the mail or have us recycle it. Depending on the reason it couldn’t be repaired, you may receive merchandise credit or a discount code. Visit the Help Center to learn more about how we take care of items that are beyond repair.
