Ranch Bison Sticks combine the flavor of 100% grass-fed and -finished bison with dill, chives, garlic, and onion. There are 9 grams of protein and 60 calories in each bison stick and no artificial ingredients, added flavors, fillers, or nitrates. We responsibly source our bison from free-range herds in South Dakota and beyond, where restoring prairie grasslands and improving soil health is top priority.

Our bison are part of an ambitious effort to restore America’s Great Plains. They roam freely across thousands of acres of open prairie, naturally restoring the grassland ecosystem as they graze.
Having people over is fun. Getting stuck in the kitchen is not. We aim for big flavor payoffs in a short amount of time.
