Women's Latticeback Dress is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 21.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite dress this summer I love this dress so much. Comfortable, doesn't wrinkle, perfect for travel and hot days, and looks great. Love the built in bra, a bit low cut but not too bad. Not tight around the belly, so has a great silhouette. Can look casual or dressy and I've received many compliments. I've worn this at least once a week all summer and it still seems brand new. (I have the one with black/white/neutral flowers and it matches with everything and stains will never show up!)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfy! Bought this dress when it was on sale at the end of summer, I like this dress a lot because it's not too tight, which is always a risk with these sundresses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super comfy I bought this dress right before the temperatures started to reach their max in Germany (which has no air conditioning). This dress kept me nice and cool while still looking really cute. The built in bra is a wonderful asset in the high heats and humidity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for the hottest days I ordered this dress two weeks after trying it on in store and regretting not buying it.. I've worn it every day I could since! The fabric is soft and light, making it perfect for hot days. Medium fits well, a tad large in the bust though. 5'7" 145lbs, 34 B

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sweet! As a C-cup woman with a muscular swimmer's upper body, I was delighted to find a Patagonia sundress that looks great on me! Most don't have enough support, show too much cleavage, or are just too tight. This one works! Dear Patagonia: not all of us are A-cups, and many of us like dresses. Also, dear Patagonia, PLEASE match prints at the seams. You've been so good about this over the years, it costs pennies per garment, and unmatched seams just look cheap, like something from Walmart. (Did that get your attention?)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great dress in theory but out of whack proportions I'm 5'9, 150 lbs and generally a size 6 in dresses for most clothing companies. I purchased a medium per the size chart but when I received the dress it was extremely disproportionate in the bust to hip ratio. The medium fit me perfectly on top, but from the middle of my rib cage down it billowed with excess fabric. I have 39" hips and there were over 5 extra inches of fabric at my wides part making me appear much larger than I am- needless to say not the most flattering. I love this dress in theory but there's definitely some work to be done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this dress!!! I absolutely love this dress! I am 5'5", 145 lbs and have a somewhat muscular build with a larger lower half. I am also pretty small chested (34/36A in unpadded bras and usually a medium in bathing suit tops). I usually would order a medium in dresses but due to the reviews and vanity sizing of a lot of these sportswear companies, I ordered a small which was absolutely perfect. This dress has a shelf bra in which you can add padded liners. However, in the picture I am not wearing liners but I probably would if I were to wear it out in public. The shelf bra was not too tight at all and I could imagine those with up to a B/small C cup would have enough room. The material is super soft and it skims over any imperfections. I hold my weight in my hips and legs but if you hold more weight in the belly region you might see more lumps/bumps. The color is also beautiful. The length hits at a nice spot (a couple inches above my knees) which is a perfect length for wearing out and about with the occasional wind gust! I did notice a bit of static cling but definitely not enough to feel like its sticking to my legs when I walk. I haven’t washed it yet but I plan on hang-drying. I also can’t speak to its sweat-wicking properties so I am not sure if it will show any sweat marks while wearing on a hot day. I am expecting it to not show any sweat but if it does I will update my review! I know this dress has gotten some negative reviews based on sizing and fit which I could see happening if you are a petite/thinner women. I would not consider myself a size small so those who are actually size small will need to try the XS and even then it might be too big. However for my body type I feel like it fits perfectly so I am very happy with it :) My Measurements: 5’5’’ 145lbs Bust 35” Natural Waist 29.5” Waist 33” Hips 39” Usually a size S/M in Tops, 6-8 in jeans, M in activewear bottoms, M in bikini tops, L in bikini bottoms, 34/36A in unpadded bras, 34/36B in padded/push up bras I ordered a SMALL in the Gem Green dress. Hope this review helps!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too big Medium has been correct size before, this should be small. I actually bought the same dress last fall too big as well.
