I'm 5'5", 168 lbs. Usually wear a 10-12 or a Large. The size 12 fit perfectly with room to move. The regular length I think would have been too long for my liking. I haven't worn them to hike yet but the weight and stretch for spring or fall temps will be perfect. The pockets are a nice/average size but if I get sweaty I believe... These are my go to pants for everyday. They're comfy, stretchy but also don't look like workout pants. I love the inseam especially since Im a petite. Please make more colors and dont change a thing!!

I really like these pants. Comfortable fit and allows for movement on the rock. They seem durable to abrasion on the rock, but time will tell how they hold up. I am tough on gear. My only change would be to get rid of the back pocket and provide a zippered or snapped leg pocket and the hip pockets need more security-Velcro, snap or zipper to keep y... Wow, finally, a climbing pant that fits me comfortably. I'm petite, about 4'11" and 100lbs soaking wet, and only a handful of outdoor brands make short pant lengths or sizes as small as 00. Not only do these fit perfectly with no alterations needed, but the elastic yoga-pant-like waistband is incredibly comfortable. The fabric feels ... Although this is a climbing pant, I use it for hiking and travel. The style makes it easy to scramble over rocks when hiking and the fit makes it comfortable for travel. I usually wear a size 2 or 4 in Patagonia pants with a short inseam if I can get it. Love these pants. I bought a 4s that fits well. I use them for hiking with a base layer right now, yoga and gym and will use for climbing but might need a size 2 for that. They seem very abrasive resistant. I guess we will see on that. The pants delivered as described. I don't climb, however I appreciate the flexibility when I need to scramble while hiking. First time buying a non zippered pant. Looking forward to wearing the pants on an overnight flight, while contributing to a minimalist travel wardrobe. Am 5'3", 137lbs, and pants fit great.
Normally I don't even try with Patagonia pants, but these were recommended to me so I decided to give it a go. They are SOOOOO close! These pants are IT!
These are my holy grail climbing pants. I have a small waist (27-28") relative to my hips (39-40"), short legs, and big calves, and these fit absolutely perfectly in size 6 in the short inseam length. These are quite similar in shape to the Black Diamond Notion SP climbing pants but I don't struggle to get these over my hips and they are just easier to wear in general as the fabric is slightly thinner. Patagonia, please make these in more colors!
I hate pants. They are always too restricting and suffocating. But these are AMAZING. Im 5 foot 4 inches, 125lbs, with a smaller waist, wide hips, and larger calves. Read Morending my legs, but these are perfect without being baggy and frumpy. Its some sort of magic. They are super stretchy, but also thick enough to feel substantial. Love the cotton. Great for hot and cool weather. So so so comfortable. They are also very streamlined with no annoying drawstrings hanging, unnecessary seams, or pin tucked fabric. If they had more colors, I would wear them every day.
These pants are magic! The cotton makes them cozy, the stretch makes them so comfortable whatever you are doing YET they are so structured and make you look put together. I wore these pants days on end hiking and climbing through the Grand Canyon; they were light enough to keep cool, but tough enough to withstand the rock face. Added bonus, they can be functional as maternity pants due to waistband.
The pants does run smaller compared to other styles in Patagonia but very comfortable for climbing once you get the fit right. Cute style for causal wear while doing errands as well. Will definitely get a second pair once there is more color options for shorts sizing.
Patagonia is finally making pants for the small woman! I'm5'1"and 98 lbs. These are very comfortable and seem indestructible. Great for mud-season Vermont hikes.
