Basic yet perfect
Summary of pros: really cozy, looks amazing (Ive already gotten compliments from several people), is built well (with one minor exception I will list later), and is versatile enough to have more than one use case. Summary of cons: not feature rich, only has one small chest pocket (no hand warmers), seems to shed more micro fabrics than I expected ... Read More(although not enough to be a issue as of now). Things to note: the fit is baggie and this is not a performance piece. Still quite warm despite the light weight name. Cuffs and hem don't block out wind very well but are more comfortable than more restrictive models. What I use mine for: casual wear (its nice to have inside or by the fire in the late fall/winter), hiking, and resort skiing. I wouldnt recommend it for very aerobic activities. Final thoughts: if you want a nice and long lasting pull over and don't mind the lack of features and baggie fit nothing else that I've found beats this product. If you're on the fence about getting it Id pull the trigger. Chances are you wont be disappointed.
Love the Style
The Synchilla's tend to always give a more casual and relax look, which contrasts the more "professional" look of the Better Sweaters. superb garment - a little large
The Snap-T lightweight is a superb garment. The finish was excellent and the quality of the fleece and stitching was flawless. Super Warm and Comfortable
Overall, I love this fleece pullover it fits amazing and will always be one of my favorite Patagonia items. The way it keeps you warm in cold conditions is awesome and it is really comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is yet to purchase a Patagonia.
Sheds a TON, but warm and cozy
Warm and cozy, but it sheds A LOT. I'm still finding fibers all over my other clothes in the wash after a couple cycles, even with a GuppyBag. And the fibers get all over whatever I wear underneath. I'm a huge fan of Patagonia, but this is one thing I've gotten from them that I'm less than fully stoked on.
My 5th one
I have worn, and worn out, several over the past 15 or so years. I have used at least 200 days each. A job well done.
Very nice product
With these mid-90's temps I haven't had a chance to wear this. I tried it on when it arrived and it fits fine. Favorite to Wear Around the House
New favorite piece of clothing. I wear this to work, at home, anywhere I can. It fits a tiny bit large, but that makes it cozy. Soft, light but warm, comfortable
Was surprised how light this was when I picked it up and was a little concerned with how warm it would be however it's just about perfect. size is large
Comparing this men's "M" to an older men's "M" I bought a few years ago, it is larger in every dimension although it claims to be a reg fit versus the old relaxed fit. Why has a M growns so much and how do I get one that fits?

Hard wearing warmth for working outside
My family buys me a new Snap-T every year, and it gets worn daily in my work as a builder. My clients may think I don't have any other outfits. These fleece pullovers are the right combination of comfort, good looks, and the durability to stand up to dust, caulking, wood splinters, tool belts - you get the idea.
This is an awesome and soft product. My husband loves it. His one complaint is that it would be truly perfect if it had pockets (besides the little chest one). We saw reviews that said this product often runs large and so he got a medium vs a large (his normal size) and that worked out great.
Lightweight Synchilla® Snap-T® Pullover
The picture does not do it justice! Its a lot more vibrant in real time and I thought that pattern would be a little outside my bf's box, but he absolutely loved it! Great pullover, ordered smaller
I took the advice of other reviewers and got a smaller size then normal. The length and chest is great, but the arms are a touch too long. Soft and snug, essential spring/fall warmth.
The '19 Fall Lightweight Synchilla is softer than one I have from a few seasons prior, but just as warm and comfortable. Perfect for blustery fall days in New England, be it dining out or hanging at the campsite or mountain hut. throw it in your pack of duffel bag. Always worth it.
A little too short for me
I really wanted to love this fleece, but I had to return it for a sizing issue. I'm a 5'8", 155 lb dude and found this fleece to be a little too short for me. Return to a classic
Of all the patagonia clothing out there, and all that I own, I am always drawn to my favorite pieces because that’s what I first fell in love with back in the 80’s and when I think “classic patagonia” I think of Synchilla. Loved the sweatshirt. It is warmer than expected and has the thick soft luxurious feel of a good sweatshirt. I haven't washed it yet so I don't know how it will hold up after being washed. Pilling after second wear
My husband and I both got a pullover, and mine got a weird crease on the chest that looks like a hairline part in the fabric, and his started pilling after the second wear. They're warm, but we have to limit the amount of times we wear them now, because we don't want them to continue to pill.

Amazing pullover in all conditions
This pullover is one of go to layers. I wore one for a year and then bought a second one in a different color because I like it so much. I’ll frequently wear it under a jacket on cold ski days or as a stand-alone layer on spring days. Can’t recommend it enough!
Great, But Not Perfect
I always have a difficult time choosing sizes with Patagonia - sometimes I'm a small, other times a medium (5'9ish, 145lbs). This time I went with a small and I think it was the right choice. It does feel slightly skimpy in the armpits and is a little short for my taste, but otherwise fits well through the body and arms. I tried on a medi... Versatile jacket, well constructed, love the snap pocket for a wallet (of course, side pockets would be awesome as well). Obviously this doesn't pack down well at all - one thing to keep in mind as you travel.
Definitely worth the investment
Agreeing with other reviews that say the sleeves are cut weird. Not a huge issue for me because I tend to wear a looser fit, but I did notice the sleeves at the armpit end have some excessive fabric.
